Thank you for visiting HerPlot. This type of community has been an idea manifesting within me for quite some time. As an African American females in business, I’ve always yearned for a place to go for resources, education, and inspiration designed by women of color. If you’re here, you know that navigating Corporate America or pursuing your entrepreneurial dreams is a somewhat different experience with more complex nuances compared to others. Representation is important. Equality is important. A sense of self is important. HerPlot is meant to be that place you go to see, absorb, and share. Everyone’s “plot” is different but our journey is filled with storied experiences of African American females in business only we can relate.
